Events
We show up in person.
We teach, we run workshops, and we build the AI systems that major conferences run on. We work with and support the education, research and technology community, and most of what this lab builds started as a conversation in a room like that.
What we bring
Four formats, and they combine. A morning workshop and an afternoon talk is the most common shape. Pick one.
We teach
Classroom sessions and conference tracks on AI, machine learning, quantum computing and cybersecurity, pitched at the room rather than at the field. We are an NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute and IBM SkillsBuild partner, and we teach the same material to federal teams, university cohorts and high school educators.

Where we have been
- May to November 2025VelocityTX Innovation Center, San Antonio
Eastside Education Series
Four free sessions with VelocityTX, in person on the Eastside and streamed for anyone who could not get there. Written for people meeting AI for the first time rather than for the field: what it is, what it does to a career, what it can do for a household budget, and what it can do for a neighborhood.

- October 2025Texas
F50 Physical AI Summit: Reimagine Manufacturing
Two days on physical and embodied AI across manufacturing, construction and real estate. The subject this lab leads with, in a room of people deploying it.
- 2025San Antonio
Texas Venture Fest
Co-hosted with Founder Institute and Emerge and Rise. A Texas-sized day of programming for the startup support ecosystem.
Who we work with
We support the education, research and technology community, and a good part of what we do at events is not commercial at all.

Education
School districts, community colleges and universities. Teacher training, curriculum support, and free community workshops for people changing careers rather than starting one. The AI Cowboys Foundation carries the programs that should not carry a price tag.

Research
A memorandum of understanding with UTSA, collaboration with the National Security Collaboration Center, and open-access papers with permanent DOIs. When we present at a research event we are presenting work that is already in the record.

Technology
Meetups, industry summits and defense technology conferences across Texas and beyond. San Antonio has one of the densest cyber and national-security communities in the country, and most of this work starts as a conversation at one of these.
Where we will be next
Come and find us. If you are attending one of these, we would rather talk in person than over email.

What we built for it
We built the session certificate system for the summit's Professional Education Sessions. All 18 breakout sessions run on it.
A QR slide in every room
Each breakout session gets its own projectable slide. The code is specific to that session, so a scan carries the session, speaker and date with it.
Attendees scan as they leave
The code opens that session's certificate page on their own phone. No app to download, no account to create, no email capture standing between an attendee and the thing they earned.
A certificate in their name
They type their name and the certificate renders immediately, carrying the summit mark, the session title, the speaker and the date.
Straight to where it counts
Download as an image, print to PDF, share it, or push it to a LinkedIn profile in one tap. Continuing-education credit that does not need a follow-up email three weeks later.
September 23 to 26, 2026 · Tampa, Florida
Military Influencer Conference 2026
Hosted by Military Influencer Conference
The tenth MIC, and the year's biggest room of military-connected founders, executives and transitioning service members. We will be there for the week. Come and find us if you are building something, hiring, or trying to work out where AI actually fits in what you do.
Get us involved
Running a summit, a campus program, a meetup or a training day? Tell us the audience and the room and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
- Speaking and panels
- Workshops and training days
- Live edge-hardware demonstrations
